Industrialization

Although the photo itself appears pretty bland, the color and emptiness give a real impression. The fact that the sky and water are both matching, and that it just looks like a sandy abyss on both sides kind of gives the feeling of desolation that I really tie with industrialization.

The picture itself looks to be more of a simple photo that was then edited to an extreme to fit an idea, but it turned out pretty well. Without the title, and the personal impression it makes with the photo, this would probably be "just another photo" but it pulls it together.
